Delivery and Returns Information
We offer Free Shipping for orders over £35.00 ~ UK only.We dispatch orders via Royal Mail and aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. Whilst we endeavour to hold stock of all our items we can occasionally run out of stock of certain items, and should this be the case we will email/telephone you informing you of this.
Goods may be returned for full refund of purchase price provided they are returned in original condition and with
any original wrapping.
We regret we cannot accept returns of any Herbs, Spices, Oils or other food, hygiene or personal products if they
have been opened or seals damaged.
We do not refund postage costs or reimburse return postage costs unless product is being returned as faulty or we
have sent the wrong item.
Please contact us by email before returning products, if parcel arrives damaged please photograph package and
contact us within 48hrs of receipt.
